Who Are We?

Banat Nareng was born from a simple observation: Women in the Arab world are deeply connected to their bodies, yet rarely given spaces that listen without judgment.

Our Story

Banat Nareng was created to bridge what has long been separated: Science and softness. Medicine and culture. Privacy and community. We are building a platform that honors women’s lived realities across generations, geographies, and transitions.

Our Mission

To empower women through accessible knowledge, expert support, and a beautifully designed digital space that honors every phase of womanhood: from the first period to menopause.

Our Vision

To redefine women’s health in the Arab world by weaving medical truth, cultural intelligence, and design into a new language of care.

A Note From Within

Banat Nareng didn't start with answers. It started with too many questions, and nowhere to ask them.

We watched the women around us navigate their bodies largely alone, armed with shame more than knowledge. We worked in wellness, traveled, learned, and kept asking: why isn't this available for us? For Arab women, in our language, our culture, our reality?

Banat Nareng is our answer. A space we wish had existed for us, for our mothers, for every woman who ever felt her health was too complicated or too private to be taken seriously.

Sustainability & Impact

We don't just care about women's health today. We are investing in what women's health looks like tomorrow.

Our Commitment

Banat Nareng was not built to just sell products. It was built to shift something, in how Arab women access care, in how their bodies are spoken about, and in what we leave behind for the generations that come after us. Every choice we make, the brands we carry, the content we create, the language we use, is an act of responsibility.
